beerfest 2018 poster-13.png

From our riverside location at the heart of Cardigan town, the Pizzatipi Beerfest will be celebrating the best craft brewers in Wales for the third year in a row. The best beers together with great food, roaring fires & fantastic live music.

After the success of our Barley Saturday event at the end of April we thought we'd give you some information early about our 5th beer festival at the Pizzatipi. Halloween

facebook banner-04-04-06.png

This Halloween we're planning something really dark, gritty, rhythmic and absorbing. We'll be transforming the Pizzatipi into the underbelly of Halloween with pulsating LIVE performances and dark eery spaces. Dressing up is expected, all dancing accepted.

As always the fires will be roaring, pizzas baking and beer flowing but expect twists and turns.

LIVE MUSIC

Johnny Cage & The Voodoogroove
We're expecting something really raw from this bunch of pirates. Read up, it's going to get wild -
'No Advertisements placed & no auditions were held in the making of this gargantuan Rock'n'Roll Juggernaught. Each player a brother first. Each brother a player from the heart. Music made with fire, blood & bone passion & sweet & dirty sweat at the flaming altar of sacrifice to this burning beast of electric boogie. Bursting with Punk fueled Cubana Soul, Rockabilly, Swamp Funk, Trash Blues Rock & Roll, the essence of the Voodoogroove is fundamentally Shamanistic in it's nature. Dance yourselves into an altered state of pure being & forget the world a while in a full moon fever. They groove & growl & snarl & bark, grinding & slinking their groove into your souls until you swoon yourselves into a molten mess of madness.'

Support from
Hot Club Dimanche
Gypsy swing, French/Welsh fusion from Aberystwyth
Super good, sexy & French!

DJ Wizard
From up in the hills Wizard will melt your mind! Spooky grooves with a feverish flavour.
+ House DJs

Summer Party 2017

Lets welcome the summer holidays!

We're bringing back our favourite local artists for a huge party at the Tipi. Dress to sweat.

Live music from:

Regime - Hip Hop, Reggae & Rock
Local pembs princes will return to the Tipi once again. The last few times have been bananas so I hope you're all ready to bounce.

Moksi - Young Dub, Dance & Reggae
Formed at Pembrokeshire college Moksi are an exciting young band gigging as much as they can at the moment. They've earnt a spot in the lineup and we're excited to hear them play under the tipi warming up for Regime!

Dj Sweet Vanilla - Salsa, Dance & Flirtatious Disco
We've never had so many requests for any artist to return as much as we have for this mystical creature. Expect to get wound up and down by his set and make sure you've limbered up before you step onto the dancefloor and get put into a trance. This rare beast is rarely available to travel from the smokey city lights of London so make the most of his return!
